In spite of his very busy schedule managing both the Ananda Marga Wellness Center and the Ananda Marga Yoga Center in Cebu, Philippines, Dada Dharmavedananda also conducts health seminars for the public.
His practical advice on “Natural Methods to Uproot the Causes of Physical & Mental Problems” is conveyed through an entertaining PowerPoint slideshow presentation.

About the Speaker Dada Dharmavedananda
- Managing Director and founder of Ananda Marga Wellness Center
- A naturopathic therapist and yoga master of over 30 years
- Established clinics in Jeonju, South Korea (1996), and Taichung, Taiwan (1994)

Seminars in the Philippines
Dada Dharmavedananda has conducted numerous seminars in the Philippines.
After a lecture on health at the mother Rotary Club of Cebu, an article about the talk was published in the Club’s newsletter. Click here to view the article.
The years 2003-2005 saw Dada Dharma giving his health guidance to the public through numerous entertaining PowerPoint presentations.
In Cebu, just to mention a few of the groups to which seminars were given so far:
- five different Rotary Clubs of Metro Cebu and Mandaue City
- the Aboitez Cancer Center, with audience from the overall Cebu cancer network
- Dunkin' Donuts
- a coalition of executive directors of NGOs (non-governmental organizations) who work for the urban poor
- NGO Victo which works for cooperative house-construction and other coop ventures
- the main Buddhist temple of Cebu
- a number of groups of professional and retired people.
After most of these presentations, Dada gave private 45-minute consultations per person, during which he diagnosed and prescribed.
Individuals generally gave donations or took tickets to sell for our fund-raising events.
Half-day workshop introducing naturotherapy, yoga & Wellness Center to the central network of Cebu City cancer support groups. This was followed by us being given a free stall at the annual education & entertainment festival for cancer patients, their families & their doctors. The patients are a mix of urban poor & financially-able people. After that, we have had many contacts with different networks of cancer patients.

A few examples of the initial Seminars in Singapore and Malaysia
Singapore
In 2003, on one of his visits to Singapore, Dada Dharma gave 2 public seminars on “Natural Methods to Uproot the Causes of Physical and Mental Problems”. One was at the City Bayview Hotel, and the other was at the Yoga Center.
Both seminars were
- well attended, with an audience of overflowing capacity at the Yoga Center, and a large turn-out at the hotel.
Everyone indicated through their replies to a questionnaire that
- Dada’s talk was clear, informative and interesting, and
- they would recommend Dada’s seminar to their friends.
There were overwhelming requests for
- a follow-up seminar and
- consultations with Dada.
 Dada later gave a private presentation, with simultaneous translation in Chinese, at the Women’s Yoga Center. It had an equally good response.
After that, Dada was invited to give a seminar by Roof Real Estate Group Pte Ltd, to its employees. There was plenty of interaction between Dada and his audience.
Malaysia
In Kuala Lumpur, the public was invited to Dada’s slideshow entitled “Natural and Yogic Healing”. Immediately after, Dada’s short stay in KL was packed, with people who wanted to consult him on their problems.
Dada gave numerous other seminars in KL in the following months.
Other seminars
From that time on, Dada's powerpoint show came under heavy demand. There have been large numbers of repeat performances for companies, clubs and groups. These included seminars in Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and the USA. All told until now perhaps three to four thousand people have seen and benefited from the program.
